I sincerely apologize for the delay with your delivery. I have contacted Federal Express to see what is going on with your package as I was able to confirm that this order was shipped from our distribution center on June 17th. Although not often, occasionally errors are made by the shipping carrier with the handling of packages and deliveries. If you wish, I can issue a rssue a refund for your order and you can get a full reimbursement. As an alternative, I can have a replacement package issued from our distribution center free of charge. Please let me know which option you would prefer.
