결제하실때 썼던 이메일 주소 있으시죠? 그거 적으셨죠? 그걸로 젤먼저 확인하더라구요..
카드정보 이런거 먼저 해보지 않고 메일주소로 확인하더라구요.. 저도 첨엔 저렇게 메일받았는데요 메일주소 다시 보냈더니 오더번호 답장 보내주더라구요..

알려주신 이름과 메일주소로는 주문내역이 없대요.
자기네는 오더가 제대로 들어오면 오더 확인 메일을 발송한다고..(하지만 이건 거짓말~ㅜㅜ 오더확인 메일없이 쉽되는 경우가 제경우엔 100%요 -_- ) (현재 담쟁이님이 폴로에 확인부탁한 이름과 메일주소로의 오더내역은 아예 없는 상황이구요..)
만일 카드승인이 났다면 이건 일시적인 가승인이니 신경 안쓰셔도 되구요~
이름,메일주소 확인해서 다시 컨택해보세요.(혹시 오더넘버 아시면 꼭 첨부하시구요~)
