오늘 주차벌금 받았어요ㅜㅜ

집뒤에 세워뒀는데 한번도 주차단속없었는데
오늘 보니 주차 딱지 붙었더라구요
벌써 호주생활하면서 4번째 주차딱지인데
지난 3번은 시티에서 받아서 다 내었는데
이번엔 제가 스트라 사는데 집뒤에 세워두다 맞았는데
벌금 쪽지도 조금 다르게 생겼는데
혹쉬 안내는 방법없을까요??
그리고 뒷면에 이렇게 쓰져있어요

그리고 운전면허 crc에서 공증 받은거 있으면 호주에서 면허안따고 2년 운전 가능하다는데
그거 사실인가요??
