라고 하면 완전히 반대문장이 되는건가요?
만약 그렇다면...
Currently both Germanand international students not have to pay tuition fees at RWTH
Aachen University
이렇게 쓰지 않을까요???
그리고
Currently neither German nor international students have to pay tuition fees at RWTH
Aachen University
이 문장이 둘다 돈을 내야된다는 건가요? 아님 안내야 된다는건가요?
